In a secluded setting, this attractive semi-detached holiday property has a cosy rustic interior with beams, and there is an attractive private garden. The Manor House is set in a small hamlet, which has a small farm and two houses with other holiday lets. Nearby is the town of Mortain, with its historic abbey. The famous D-Day landing beaches are easily accessible. For sandy beaches, Granville and Carolles are within easy driving distance and offer a typical French seaside resort atmosphere.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km, beach 40km.

The normal arrival day is Friday for weekly accomodation.

Stone steps lead to the entrance:

Kitchen with fridge, washing machine and full cooker.
Lounge/diner with granite fireplace, and woodburner (winter lets only) and beamed ceilings. CD/DVD player.
Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and handbasin.

First floor:

One twin bedroom
One triple bedroom (one double and one single bed)
Separate toilet with handbasin

Electric heating provided, lawned garden with patio and barbecue equipment.

The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults plus one child.

This property is for non-smokers only, and is unsuitable for children under seven years old due to a nearby pond and stream. No pets allowed. There is parking for one car.
