The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults plus one child.
This property is for non-smokers only, and is unsuitable for children under seven years old due to a nearby pond and stream. No pets allowed. There is parking for one car.

Manor House - Gite
The Manor House is set in a small hamlet, which has a small farm and two houses with other holiday lets.
The Manor House is over 350 years old and still retains the old beams and granite fireplaces, one of these is in the part that is let for holidays and short breaks.
The normal arrival day is Friday for weekly accomodation.
Stone Steps lead to the entrance:
- Kitchen with fridge, washing machine and full cooker.
- Lounge/diner with granite fireplace and woodburner (winter lets only) and beamed ceilings. CD/DVD player.
- Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin.
