TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required once a reservation is confirmed and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. In the case of a late booking the total amount is payable with the booking form.
CANCELLATIONS:
Up to 3 months in advance full refund of deposit
Up to 2 months in advance 50% refund of deposit
Less than 1 month no refund
A deposit of 150 euros payable on arrival, returnable on departure, minus breakages or cleaning charges ( 40 euros) if the property is not left clean and tidy for the next person in.
Arrivals Saturdays between 4pm-8-pm other times by prior arrangement. Departure before lOam.
